Mr. Magyar has been active in the practice of real estate since 1994 and is currently President of Right of Way Professionals, LLC.

Mr. Magyar is a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), Chapter 18, and is qualified by competitive exam to appraise real estate for the New York State Department of Transportation as an independent fee appraiser, to perform Yellow Book appraisals for Federal Acquisitions, and qualified as an expert witness for the NYS Court of Claims

Mr. Magyar has successfully completed numerous real estate appraisal courses over the past 20 years.
