PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

ROWP, LLC was engaged by CCIDA to assist in acquiring purchase options on multiple properties which collectively contain 170.57± acres.  Preparation of Real Estate Appraisals, Appraisal Review Documents and Property Negotiations were successfully completed on behalf of the client.  The acquired site is envisioned to be developed with a 1,000,000± square foot regional distribution warehouse.
