Right of Way Professionals, LLC (ROWP) was formed in 1999 with a mission to bring the utmost quality of service to its clients. With a dedication to providing the industry’s highest level of customer satisfaction, ROWP applies its specialized expertise to every job, no matter the size, and has built a staff dedicated to the utmost regard for efficiency and compliance.

Located in Buffalo, New York, we have spent the past decade developing deep and respected relationships within the New York State right of way community. Providing a turnkey solution requires focused knowledge that is heavily dependent on the individual providing the turnkey solution than the firm. It is this belief why ROWP has professional negotiators with over 130-years cumulative experience working with the New York State Department of Transportation.

Thomas Newton

Mr. Newton has been active in the practice of real estate since 1975 and is currently Vice President of Right of Way Professionals, LLC.

Mr. Newton specializes in Eminent Domain Litigation and is qualified as an expert witness for the New York State Court of Claims, New York State Supreme Court, Erie County Surrogate's Court, various Commissions of Appeal and the United States Bankruptcy Court.

A New York State Certified General Appraiser, Mr. Newton has successfully completed numerous real estate appraisal courses over the past 20 years.

Timothy Magyar

Mr. Magyar has been active in the practice of real estate since 1994 and is currently Vice President of Right of Way Professionals, LLC.

Mr. Magyar is a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), Chapter 18, Member No. 7882838, and is qualified by competitive exam to appraise real estate for the New York State Department of Transportation as an independent fee appraiser.

Mr. Magyar has successfully completed numerous real estate appraisal courses over the past 10 years.
